Contract Managers are committed to maintaining close contact with Clients and monitoring their businesses' challenges and transformations. They are always there understanding and anticipating the needs of each contract to serve with excellence.

Com o propósito de construir relações de longo prazo com nossos Clientes, mensuramos constantemente a qualidade de nossos serviços. Para isso, utilizamos algumas metodologias, como a Gestão de Performance Contratual (GPC) e o Net Promoter Score (NPS), ambas ferramentas de gestão da satisfação dos Clientes.

GPC

A Gestão de Performance Contratual (GPC) é uma ferramenta de comunicação e alinhamento, aplicada mensalmente, que possibilita mensurar a qualidade dos serviços prestados.

NPS

Desde 2012, utilizamos a metodologia Net Promoter Score (NPS), desenvolvida pela Gallup Consulting. A ferramenta tem o objetivo de mensurar o nível de lealdade do Cliente.

Our services' quality is constructed every day, with attention, presence, and proximity, combined with sustainability and innovation concepts. But it is the Spirit to Serve that makes us a reference in quality in our market.

A key goal that guides our operations is the constant search for quality services, including close monitoring of the best indicators for Managing Quality, Health, Environment, and Safety (QHES).

TRAINING

We are continually developing and improving.

We invest substantially in training programs, incentives, and vocational programs. Each business area has a standard training framework that covers the essential and common knowledge concerning all contracts. All Employees receive continuous training.
